By accessing and using Dream Plan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Investment Services

We provide investment plans with fixed returns. All investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All investments must be made in USDT (TRC20). Payments are processed within 24 hours of verification. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take 24-48 hours to process.

5. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions for referring new users. Referral bonuses are paid upon successful completion of referred user's first investment cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dream Plan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
